Relay Registration Closed

We have reached our cap of 200 for the 5 Person Marathon Relay. Registration for this event is now closed. Good luck to all of our teams!

Kids Packet Pick Up

If you did not pick up your child's race packet during the scheduled pick up date, you can pick them up during our Expo at Boutwell Auditorium. The Expo begins Friday, February 10 from 12 pm - 7 pm. You can also pick them up on Saturday morning before the race, but we strongly encourage a Friday pick up. They will be located in the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama booth.

Personalize Your 2012 Medal

Commemorate your performance and purchase a personalized engraved plate for the back of your Full or Half marathon medal. It will include your name, finish time and position. Each plate is laser-engraved, packaged and mailed to the race finisher. Visit The Bell Center's booth during Expo and place your order. Personalized plates are $15.

Host Hotel Booked

Our host hotel, the Sheraton Birmingham Hotel, is sold out for race weekend. Visit the Greater Birmingham Convention & Visitors Bureau's web site for more accommodations. Click Here!

5KBR Superhero

Be a Superhero and run or walk the 5KBR for Kid One Transport or a local children’s charity of your choice. Form your team through Crowdrise.com, invite family and friends to donate, pick out your Superhero costume for race day and have fun raising funds for your favorite children’s charity. Make a league of Superheroes for a cause! The 5KBR will begin at 7:45 a.m. on Saturday, February 11, 2012. Please make a note of this time change.

Bell Runners

Run for a reason and become a Bell Center Bell Runner!  The program pairs a Mercedes Marathon participant with a past or present Bell Center child, and the runner or walker will train and raise funds in the name of that child. Click on The Bell Center above and learn more.
