Free formal group training is available to runners and walkers of all skill levels in the local community. No need to register or sign up, just show up ready to run/walk. Coached by running veterans, Al Dimicco and Ken Harkless, this hands-on group training provides valuable tips and guidelines for effective training, 21 week training schedules and goals along with a network of running mates. This is the place to be every Sunday morning for your long runs/walks. And for your convenience, water coolers are set up along the routes.
